How to Post a Blog On Your Website

This video provides step-by-step instructions for creating, formatting, and publishing a blog post on your website. It covers drafting your content, adding images and links, and finally, scheduling or publishing your post.

Access the Blog Section

Open your website editor and navigate to the blog section on the left side.
Click the New Post button.

Add a Title

Enter a title for your blog post.

Assign an Author (Optional)

If your post has an author, add it in the designated field.
If there’s no author, select No Author.

Add a Main Image

You can either:
- Select an image from your website by clicking Select, or
- Upload a new image from your computer by clicking Upload Images, then choosing the appropriate file.
- Once selected, click Done to confirm your choice.

Customize the Post Layout

Your initial blog layout will appear. You can now edit or delete sections as needed:
- Hover over sections to delete them by clicking the X sign.
- Add additional sections, including text, images, buttons, photo galleries, etc.
To edit text, use formatting options such as bold, italics, underlining, or change text style (e.g., headings).
You can also add links or buttons for navigation to external pages.

Optimize Your Post

Go to the Post Settings at the top.
Ensure all details are correct, add alt text for images to improve SEO, and include a brief post description.

Schedule or Publish the Post

To schedule the post:
- Choose a date and time (e.g., October 28, 11:00 AM).
- Click Save.
To publish immediately, click Publish.

How to Review and Comment on Your New Website

This video shows you how to access the Nido Marketing website editor so that you can review and leave comments for us.

You'll need to click on the login URL in the email we sent you and set up a password.
Once you've logged in to the editor, you can navigate through your website, preview it, and make changes by clicking on any of the text boxes and using the commenting widget to leave comments.
This is our preferred way for you to communicate with us about edits for your website.
