Access the Blog Section

Open your website editor and navigate to the blog section on the left side.
Click the New Post button.

Add a Title

Assign an Author (Optional)

If there’s no author, select No Author.

Add a Main Image

You can either:
- Select an image from your website by clicking Select, or
- Upload a new image from your computer by clicking Upload Images, then choosing the appropriate file.

Customize the Post Layout

Your initial blog layout will appear. You can now edit or delete sections as needed:
- Hover over sections to delete them by clicking the X sign.
- Add additional sections, including text, images, buttons, photo galleries, etc.
To edit text, use formatting options such as bold, italics, underlining, or change text style (e.g., headings).
You can also add links or buttons for navigation to external pages.

Optimize Your Post

Go to the Post Settings at the top.
Ensure all details are correct, add alt text for images to improve SEO, and include a brief post description.

Schedule or Publish the Post

To schedule the post:
- Choose a date and time (e.g., October 28, 11:00 AM).
- Click Save.
To publish immediately, click Publish.

5. Click on Filter, then select Toll Free, then click on Apply

6. Select a number, then click on Proceed to Buy

You will see your new number listed under Phone Numbers.

7. To make this your default number (if it isn't already), click on the three dots next to the number, then click on Set as Default number.

Congratulations! You now have a toll-free number to use for messaging.

The company billing information will be used for your messaging (SMS and Email) fees. This works on an auto recharge method. Your card will be charged in increments that you set. When your balance falls below the amount you set, it will automatically charge your card the auto recharge amount.
